KUALA LUMPUR, June 13 (Bernama) -- Top Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) exponents
from nine countries will parade their combat skills during the One Fighting
Championship (One FC) - Destiny of Warriors - to be held at Stadium Negara on
According to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of One FC, Victor Cui, the
inaugural tournament held in the country would see the top 10 MMA exponents show
off their skills in several martial arts disciplines.
"We can see the international fighters champions in several martial arts
field such as silat, judo, karate and taekwondo display their unique skills in
front of the local fans," he told a media briefing on the event here, today.
Kuala Lumpur has been chosen as the fourth venue by One FC to organise
the event after it was successfully held in Singapore in January, Indonesia in
February, before going back to Singapore in March.
"We will go to the Philippines next month and back to Singapore in June,"

He also urged the local martial arts fans to buy the ticket early since the
response was very encouraging.
"I can''t tell how many tickets we have sold so far but what I can say is
that the sales of tickets is very fast because the support from the local fans
is simply fantastic," he said.
